For the second East of England Ideas Audit in March 2005, creativity expert and inventor Anne Miller met with leaders of three very different organisations where innovation ranks high on the agenda.

In this second Audit Anne reports insights from her meetings with Tony Hooley, President and Chief Scientist of 1Ltd, Simon Loftus, Chairman of Adnams Brewery and Professor Alison Richard, Vice Chancellor of the University of Cambridge. These meetings are complemented by results from a survey of 350 business leaders regarding innovation in their organisation and personal plans for developing an ideas culture.
